Cancellation Policy
50% stay charged at time of booking (non refundable balance 60 days prior to arrival). Cancellations
received within a 60 day period - full forfeiture of payment. Bookings may not
be transferred to another person, or date. Bookings may however be
rescheduled depending on circumstance and by special arrangement with
management-to be utilised within a 18 month period with payments used as
credit. Rates will be recalculated at time of rebooking. Early departure fee
charged. From 15/5/08 dinner bookings are essential before arrival to
ensure organic and bio-dynamic produce availability. Room service supper menu
available for late arrivals. Early check-in on day of arrival incurs a 50% surcharge.
