It has 40 individually decorated rooms and three suites, great cuisine and a renowned art gallery, just minutes from Versailles.
Designed with Corot’s paintings in mind, the atmosphere Etangs de Corot Hotel is warm and relaxing. Every room is named after an artist who spent time in Ville-d’Avray and each is has its own colour palette; a fitting tribute to the artist who inspired Impressionism. Most of the rooms have views over the much-painted gardens and ponds with a forest in the distance.
Wander around the neighbourhood and soak up the atmosphere that inspired Corot’s paintings. Sit in the pretty gardens of Etangs de Corot Hotel and listen to birdsong or indulge in a Vinotherapie treatment in the spa. Les Etangs de Corot have recently been redecorated. The 43 rooms have been revamped and the construction includes a Caudalie Vinotherapie spa of 8 cabins, a gastronomic restaurant, a traditionnal French bistro and a summer restaurant classified and protected from the 19th century.

Traditional bistro - Le Café des Artistes offers bitro dishes in a relaxed and warm atmosphere under the vaulted ceilings of the cellar. Open every day
Gourmet - Le Corot Restaurant showcases a gourmet cuisine in a classic setting. Open from Wednesday to Sunday.
View - The terrace of Les Paillottes recalls the atypical guinguette of the late 19th century . Open from April to September on week-ends.
Friday and Saturday evenings, Sunday at lunch, a music group will play live for 3 hours.

An authentic setting under the vaulted
ceilings of the hamlet’s cellar,
Le Café des Artistes is dedicated to
various personalities who frequented Villed’Avray. Its terrace opens onto the gardens.
Bistro dishes are served any time, accompanied by a glass of wine .

Les Paillotes
The terrace of Les Paillottes recalls the atypical ones of the early 20th century such as those mounted on pillars at the region’s celebrated guinguettes. This unexpected landmark feature overlooks the pond and promises, in fine weather, to make any escape complete.
Open from Wednesday noon to Sunday noon and from May 18th to September 14th.
