La Suite Sebastiano Ricci is extremely spacious with a generous sitting area and a superb stuccoed ceiling by the 18th-century artist, Sebastiano Ricci. La Suite delle Arti, on the fourth floor of the palazzo, was originally part of the casino used for meetings and entertaining by Count Sagredo and has some of the finest examples of early 18th-century Venetian stucco work with bas reliefs by artists Abbondio Stazio and Carpoforo Mazzetti. Dedicated to the arts, the elaborate decoration represents painting, sculpture, music and architecture. La Suite degli Stucchi has a special ambience with one of the most notable examples of ornate stucco work and decoration in Venice by the 18th-century artists, Abbondio Stazio and Carpoforo Mazzetti. Elaborately painted ceilings and friezes, depicting birds, exotic animals and mythological creatures in a variety of pastel shades, marble door frames and subtle lighting all add to the dramatic effect.
