St. James’s Hotel and Club is delighted to announce that for 2012 the hotel’s restaurant Seven Park Place with William Drabble at the helm, retains its coveted Michelin Star in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2012.
William’s dishes are modern-French in style but made up of primarily British ingredients. Menus change regularly to reflect the seasons whether it be asparagus in May, sea bass in July and Perigord truffles in November or white truffles in December. Guests travel from afar to sample William’s exquisite dishes in the stylish yet intimate dining room of St. James’s Hotel.
William says ‘It’s been a fantastic year, the team and I have had many great challenges and inspirational trips abroad to pick up ideas for new menus and creations. I have a brilliant relationship with my suppliers and they continue to ensure the freshest produce and excellent quality’.
William oversees all aspects of the dining concept at the hotel, including private dining, room service and the hotel’s more informal dining space, William’s Bar & Bistro.
