The Betsy Hotel is a fine South Beach property.
It is located in the heart of the trendy Art Deco district of Miami’s South Beach and enjoys views to the ocean as it is on Ocean Drive. You walk across the street and you are right on the beach where the hotel offers complimentary chairs, umbrellas and towels.
The BLT Steak Restaurant is from the world-renowned chef Laurent Tourondel. Seating can be either inside or outside and the staff is very accommodating. The menu has a wide variety of meats with the Wagyu Steak being the most sought out cut of meat. They also do a very tasty Dover Sole. The chef is also known for his fabulous BLT Popovers, which he serves with butter, and salt and includes the recipe with each complimentary order.
The staff at The Betsy is superb. They are all stylish in appearance and excited to be assisting you in making your stay special. My emails ahead of time all got answered properly and in a timely manner. Throughout my stay they also checked in with me twice to make sure I was enjoying myself.
I have stayed all over South Beach including The Raleigh, The Standard, The Tides, Astor, and The Delano but The Betsy is a place that I would first return to.
