Spa

Spa Botanica is Singapore’s first tropical garden destination spa and home to Asia’s only mud pools, float pools with cascading waterfall and labyrinths. With fifteen indoor and six outdoor treatment rooms, an extensive range of treatments are available. There is an exclusive ladies' only spa garden with its own float pool, mud pool and labyrinth for the enjoyment of discerning ladies who value their privacy and a need for personal space. The Seven Eden Wellness Centre which is adjacent to Spa Botanica encompasses a well-equipped lifestyle gymnasium with top-of-the-range fitness equipment, a juice bar named Zest Café, a Movement Studio named Zest Studio for healthy lifestyle programmes such as Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Aerobics Flexi Tone and Cardio Sculpt. www.spabotanica.sg

Leisure

In addition to Spa Botanica, there is an extensive range of facilities to keep guests occupied at The Sentosa Resort & Spa. The 33-metre midnight blue swimming pool is a favourite with guests for leisurely swims beneath the old Pulai trees. Other sports and leisure facilities include two tennis courts and an indoor gymnasium. The beach is easily accessible by a short wooden boardwalk through lush tropical jungle. Team games like badminton or volleyball are popular with conference delegates. Mountain bikes are available for hire to guests who wish to explore the island. There are also jogging routes to follow whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the resort. The Sentosa Golf Club, one of Asia’s most prestigious courses, is a two-minute walk from the resort with privileged access available for resort guests. The two 18-hole championship courses offer a challenging game amidst verdant greenery, while the beautiful sea views are what draw many golfers back.

Our two-storey Conference Centre incorporates a vision of excellence in both setting and facilities. Light, airy and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows, it ensures an atmosphere of ease and tranquility conducive to productive meetings.

Caring Luxury

At The Sentosa Resort & Spa, we order our products through local suppliers and attempt to use as much home-brand products as possible. Greens are obtained from local Hydroponics (water) and Aeroponics (air) farms, which are healthier and does not use chemicals and fertilisers. We also serve tropical fruits at all times. We have donated items such as clothing, blankets, medicine, food etc to disaster victims through Red Cross. Old newspapers/papers, plastic bottles, cans and linens/towels are collected by the rag-and-bone man for recycling purposes. For energy conservation, we recycle glass and plastic bottles, papers, newspapers, metal cans and old linen. Energy-saving bulbs and key entry systems which control electricity/power are in place.
