George Bar - An intimate area, providing seating for just 16 guests. The Bar is classic in design, with comfortable leather sofa seats and bar stools. Sample from the extensive selection of Single Malts, and other kindred spirits.

Ming Yuen

The sophisticated Ming Yuen Chinese restaurant provides for a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant offers authentic Cantonese cuisine skilfully prepared by a team of Hong Kong chefs. Ming Yuen offers a daily changing Dim Sum lunch menu whilst the a la carte menu offers an extensive variety of sumptuous options. The restaurant features a total of four private rooms, the largest private room accommodating a table of 16 guests. A truly unique feature of the restaurant is the Jade table settings. This includes a Jade show-plate, spoon, chopstick stand and chopsticks, amongst other Jade tableware. Besides exquisite Cantonese fare, Ming Yuen offers the finest selection of hand-picked teas as well as more than 100 outstanding Old and New World wines.
