You can dine and even sleep on the terrace (mosquito net provided). The principle followed by the owner of Tongsai Grand Villas is that guests can be as close to nature as they wish. When the individual 'cottages' were built, he requested that no trees be felled and encouraged the resident frogs, monitor lizards and squirrels to share the habitat. Tropical gardens lead down to the pool and one of the very few private beaches on the island. Here Floyd's Beach Bistro, named after the TV chef, a friend of the family, specialises in stir-fries, while Chef Chom's Thai Restaurant serves authentic Thai food on an open-air terrace overlooking the bay. A third restaurant serves European dishes on a daily changing menu. Water sports, elephant treks and cultural safaris put this resort in a class of its own.

Serves authentic Thai home cooking as well as Royal Thai cuisine. Thai cuisine chefs are Chef Chom and Chef Poo. Dress is polite and smart casual. Reservations required for well appointed table. Serves fresh seafood. Open-air terrace, good view. Situated by the Lobby with a bar, offering spectacular views over the bay. Restaurant seats 120 persons at maximum both indoors and on the terrace. Open 7:00 - 10:30 am for International buffet breakfast with an open bakery making fresh-from-the-oven bread, rolls and croissants for guests' breakfast. Guests can watch their bread being baked right in front of them.

Prana Spa: Open daily for massages and spa treatments. Each of the three private rooms has two massage beds, foot treatment area, a floral bath and a steam room. Advanced reservation required. Prana - The Energy of Life, specialises in relaxing technique. Prana Massage combines the principle and spirit of traditional Thai massage with scientific study of the body. Trained by Ajarn Somkiet, the head trainer in Southern Thailand region of the traditional of Thai massage revival foundation, all massage therapists are well qualified in the area of Thai massage as well as the application of essential oils and aromatherapy. The treatments incorporate local herbs and natural products, helpful for soothing sunburnt skin. Among original recipes, other body scrubs like dead sea salt and algae body scrub are also provided on specific parts of the body which may need extra care such as face and feet.. The Spa consists of three private spa cottages, each spa cottage is completed with a herbal steam room, a floral bath in the open-air, an outdoor foot treatment area, two massage beds and two body treatment beds. To enhance the privacy of guests, one spa cottage is limited to a maximum of two adults at a time.
