Tongsai Grand Villas (170sqm) - Stands on the hillside opposite to where the Cottage Suites stand. Apart from the standard facilities featured in the Tongsai Grand Villa, they contribute even more to the Great Outdoor Living idea with a 3 x 5 meters private plunge pool on the extended area of the terrace.

Guvnor Villa (400sqm) - Adjoining 2 Tongsai Grand Villas with an extra bedroom is called Guvnor Villa. Maximum Occupancy is 8 adults or children with Extra bed or mattress.

Guvnor Pool Villa (400sqm) - Adjoining 1 Tongsai Pool Villa (DBL) and 1 Tongsai Grand Villa (Twin) with Extra bed room (Nanny room) in Between. Guvnor Pool Villa accommodates up to 8 people with mattresses on the floor.

The largest villa, the Akorn Villa, is named after the late Akorn Hoontrakul and occupies a total area of 265sq.m, of which more than half is an open-air terrace. It has another bedroom and the location nearest to the sea views. The bedroom in the villa has 1 double bed, and on the small bedroom located on the terrace has 2 twin beds. The small bedroom is also equipped with private shower, washbasin, toilet , minibar, TV and CD/DVD player. This special villa has gazebo on the balcony. It accommodates 4 adults and/ or children maximum.

Nang-Gong Villa (244sqm) - Perched high on the edge of all small hill, Nang-Gong Villa offers almost 360 degrees of breathtaking sea view. In additional, there is a private garden in the back, a loo with a view, a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and a private plunge pool on the edge of the open-air terrace, in order to raise a few degrees of pleasure and romance. Arguably the best location of all guest rooms with arguably the best view in Tongsai.
