Top 3 reasons to stay at the hotel:
-
At the far end of the long string of Punta Cana hotels, this is a secluded, quiet hotel away from the crowds. Their beach is virtually deserted compared to the humanity packed stretches around Bavaro. The place is designed for romance, serenity and plenty of time to delve into those good books you’ve been meaning to read.
-
The staff is amazing. They speak excellent English, are warm, friendly and provide top notch service. No request is too difficult. It’s like having an army of butlers at your service.
-
Getting the complimentary delivery of fresh orange juice, hot beverages, fresh baked goods and tropical fruits in the morning will make your day. What a way to watch the sunrise over the ocean from your balcony!
Overview:
Located in Uvero Alto about an hour from the Punta Cana airport, The Sivory is the last stop on a long string of white sand beaches that stretch for miles and miles along the extreme eastern coast of the DR.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the all-inclusives (about 50 hotels and counting up) it’s a sanctuary for the soul. Still near enough for day trips and excursions to join the crowds of sun-worshippers enjoying water sports, swimming with the dolphins and parasailing above, it adheres to its own quiet rhythm. At night you’ll want to stay put as the roads are windy and in ill-repair but that’s all the better to enjoy a dinner by candlelight or a drink on your balcony watching the sunset.

Top 3 reasons to stay at the hotel:
-
Great food and our favorite table outside had a superb view overlooking the beach.
-
Fabulous location with an almost deserted beach – yet only 5 miles from the big tourist area of Punta Cana.
-
Lots of added extras which were complimentary.
Overview:
We had a fantastic ocean view room. The beach was clean, quiet, palm fringed perfection. All members of staff were well trained, helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. We enjoyed added complimentary extras such as "Eyes Open" wake up juice, coffee, cake and international newspaper. We haven't come across this early morning service (6am) before. We were sent an invitation from the management to a Cookery Lesson given by Pablo Islas which was really enjoyable and also a Cocktail Drink and canapes in the Laveranda restaurant. This was a good opportunity to talk to staff and other guests. The Hotel Sivory Punta Cana is one of the most memorable SLH hotels we have visited.
