Overview:

The welcome I received as well as the ongoing receptiveness of all members of staff, from managers downwards, was very high.

All of the facilities were of the highest standard. Particularly, because of the remoteness of the hotel from the city, which was in itself a plus, there were two methods of shuttle conveyance between the two, a launch and a courtesy car, which were on demand. This in my experience, in properties of this type, is a rarity. The spa area provided ample and excellent facilities and treatments. The view from the hotel was spectacular. Since it was sited on a fairly steep piece of coastline, it was designed and constructed so that all rooms, bars and restaurants faced seawards.

In conclusion, I have to say that this was one of the best properties I have ever inspected.

We have just returned from a 3 night break in the Park hotel and it was outstanding. We loved every minute of it. The hotel itself is great but the staff are what sets it apart from other 5 star hotels.
