Nimb Brasserie - Closed for renovations. The remodelling of the Nimb Brasserie will start on 20. February 2012, and the restaurant will consequently remain closed until 12. April 2012 when the Tivoli summer season begins.

Nimb Brasserie
Nimb recently took over management of Balkonen, the restaurant in the wing of the Nimb building facing the Open-Air Stage. The new premises allow Nimb to expand the seating capacity of Nimb Brasserie by 280 to become one of the largest in Denmark. The new brasserie will offer a classic international atmosphere featuring a menu inspired by the Nordic cuisine. The remodelling of the Nimb Brasserie will start on 20. February 2012, and the restaurant will consequently remain closed until 12. April 2012 when the Tivoli summer season begins. In the meantime, Nimb Bar and Nimb Bar´n´Grill will be open for lunch and dinner (as is the case now).

Nimb Terrasse
Nimb Terrasse, in the former Divan 2, located inside The Tivoli Gardens is a french-inspired bistro. Besides the bistro, Nimb Terrasse also holds exclusive meeting and banquet facilities. The menu is bistro-style and the décor follows the style at Nimb with its simple Scandinavian flair and detailed English and French style.
The name has its own history: when the Nimb Family first opened a restaurant in Tivoli in 1877 it was in Divan 2. The place was often referred to as Nimb´s Porch or Nimb´s Terrasse.

Nimb Vinotek
Nimb's cellar level houses Nimb Vinotek, where the walls are lined with wine bottles showcased in cabinets, allowing guests to study the labels and gain inspiration for their choice of wine in one of Nimb's restaurants. There are more than 1000 wines to choose from, which makes Nimb Vinotek's wine list one of the most extensive in Scandinavia.
The space is charmingly rustic, with stone floors and long tables with comfortable Wegner chairs. Here you can sit back and enjoy a light meal with your wines. But wine takes centre stage at Vinotek, where it is served by dedicated sommeliers eager to discuss the wine's origins, producers, and flavours.
