Pädaste Manor is currently closed for the customary seasonal holiday and will re-open on 1st March 2012.
A 16th-century island haven set in lovely grounds overlooking the Baltic Sea, Pädaste Manor is a grand but homely Estonian hideaway promising excellent food, fantastic scenery, privacy, tranquillity and a unique selection of indigenous spa treatments.
Sounds of the sea fill each comfortable room at Pädaste Manor where private balconies are the best place to enjoy beautiful countryside and sea views. A separate farmhouse, in a pretty apple orchard with its own garden, provides an extra level of privacy and peace.
Indulge in a relaxing Strawberry and Wheat Body Scrub, one of the unique treatments based on ancient Estonian herbal traditions, available in the spa where the relaxation terrace offers yet more stunning views over the bay. Then, take an island tour to old Koguva fishing village before returning to Pädaste Manor for an evening of Estonian cuisine and some movie magic in the private cinema.

Muhu Island in the Baltic Sea, Estonia. Visit the 19th century village of Koguva. Tallinn is a two-hour drive away, with Riga approximately three hours away. 145 kms from Tallinn Ulemiste Airport.

Pädaste is delighted to offer a total of 24 rooms and suites, providing exquisite accommodation of inspired diversity and ranging from cosy rooms in the Carriage House to the grandeur of the Manor House. The estate is a haven of peace with wonderful places to relax and dream, yet it also inspires to exercise and explore, it invites to experience a very individual Spa concept and finest dining options. Above all there is the ambience, the charm and the service expertise that can only be found in a privately owned hotel. You will be one of the privileged few.
A separate villa is available for guests who require extra privacy. The hotel has a small and intimate spa with a wide range of facilities from a Roman steam bath to a wood-burning sauna and a comprehensive menu of treatments. Lovers of good food will enjoy the new Estonian cuisine accompanied by a bottle from Padaste Manor's well-stocked cellar. All this can be enjoyed in the restaurant by the cosy fireplace or basking on the terrace overlooking the sea.

The SeaHouse Brasserie and Terrace has a stylish interior and features a fireplace; the terrace offers an enchanting view of the bay.
We serve a choice of Padastes classic dishes for a lunch in a laid-back atmosphere until 16.00.

Fine dining restaurant Alexander is situated in the former main hall of the Manor, opening into the winter garden with sweeping views over the park with ancient trees.
Open during February 26 - October 15, advance reservation recommended.
SeaHouse Restaurant and Terrace
The SeaHouse Brasserie and Terrace is situated in the former smithy, one of the buildings of the Manor ensemble.
The small restaurant has a stylish and warm interior and features a fireplace. The style could be described as Simple Luxury. The terrace offers an enchanting view of the bay and makes a great place to enjoy fine dining on warm and lazy summer days.
Seahouse Brasserie and Terrace serves a choice of Padastes classic dishes for a lunch in a laid-back atmosphere until 16.00.
Our chef and his kitchen staff take pride in serving an appealing and innovative menu. We respect the seasons and prefer fresh local ingredients; our salads and herbs are grown in the manor garden. At Padaste Manor, you might just find that interesting culinary combination that combines the sophistication of the city and the wholesomeness of the countryside.

Alexander
Fine dining restaurant Alexander takes its name from Alexander von Buxhoeveden, the last noble owner of the Padaste Estate. Alexander is situated in the former main hall of the Manor, opening into the winter garden with sweeping views over the park with ancient trees.
Each evening our chef presents a different five-course Table d Hote dinner.
Our chef and his kitchen staff take pride in serving an appealing and innovative menu. We respect the seasons and prefer fresh local ingredients; our salads and herbs are grown in the manor garden.
