Overlooking the gardens, this is the meeting place for the "new gourmets" who enjoy tasting delicious cuisine with touches of the unusual in a setting bathed in light with a view over the Italian style gardens. The freshly coloured decor and the delicate cane armchairs create the pleasant atmosphere of a pergola. For Lunch, from the first days of summer, it is pleasant to enjoy meals outside on the terrace which borders the Italian style gardens where you can admire the sculptures on display.

Dinner at "le 36"

Le "36" river side, in this beautiful light, airy room with freestone walls (a type of limestone typical of the Loire Valley) adorned with wood panelling, you will delight in discovering the sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere suitable to a Duke's home. The large fireplace gives the room a certain grandeur, the magnificent view over the Loire being its key asset. If the cuisine at the "Choiseul" draws its inspiration from the tradition of the Loire Valley and its outstanding produce, it leaves plenty of room for creativity.
