Driving to the hotel was a bit difficult as signage only begins very close to the actual location.
We called for instructions and spoke to a receptionist who helped us find the hotel. Arriving at the hotel, the reception front doors were not obvious and we drove to the end of the parking lot before having to turn around to look for the reception.
I was checked in and showed to my room by the bellman. He pointed out the necessary public spaces on the way to my room followed by in room entertainment system etc. (Remember to ask how the door lock works as the system is slightly different than normal!)
Shortly thereafter, the sommelier André Trestour came with a wine list to have me select a wine for the room service I had ordered. Minutes later, the housekeeper came to put pillowcase covers on my bed pillows and she brought a fruit selection. Staff always very attentive!
After a lovely spa treatment and later a delightful dinner – I can definitely say that I would recommend this hotel.
