The original lustre of the Belles Rives Hotel's features have been lovingly restored, retaining the nostalgia of the 30s but with every modern comfort, with some recent revivals, too; redecorated rooms in bold pink-and black- striped wall paintings offset by Venetian mirrors. The Belle Rives Hotel's delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes, created by Chef Pascal Bardet, are served in the gastronomic restaurant, 'La Passagère and also on the terrace for an unforgettable view over Juan-les-Pins. If you favour the beach for relaxation, the restaurant 'Plage Belles Rives' serves informal lunches or, for light snacks and refreshing drinks with friends, there are the 'Cabines'.
