Hotel Bellechasse Saint Germain Paris
An haute couture gem just steps from the Musée d’Orsay
Designed by couturier, Christian Lacroix and inspired by the 19th-century artistic and cultural influences of Paris’ left bank, Hotel Bellechase St Germain Paris is a chic, yet flamboyantly decorated, hideaway in a narrow side street in St Germain.
The hotel rooms are full of character and colour and are based on seven design themes that reflect the local area, including Saint-Germain, Tuileries, Quai d’Orsay and Jeu de Paume. Expect bizarre subjects and figures that reflect both bohemia and neo-classicism such as bizarre 19th-century gentlemen with butterfly wings, giant playing cards as well as Italian-style and astrological frescos.
Wander the narrow streets surrounding Hotel Bellechase St Germain and discover the myriad of art galleries, antique shops, bistros and restaurants. The Eiffel tower is just a 15-minute walk away as is the Louvre Gallery and the Tuileries Gardens.

Ideally situated in the heart of the left bank, between the VIIth aristocratic and the VIth artistic districts, this elegant private hotel is now a real jewelcase of “haute couture” where travellers and aesthetes will be able to meet. Behind its classic appearance, an outstanding personality is hidden. 34 rooms of character where designs, figures, colours and subjects are skilfully orchestrated with both a neo-classical and bohemian spirit. Playing with a palette of ambiences and influences, perpetuating a skilful balance between audacity and tradition, Christian Lacroix created 7 universes of diversity throughout the rooms.
