To make the guests stay even more enjoyable the Chef, Marc de Passorio provides two dining atmospheres. The chief himself qualifies his cooking like a new concept where 2 differents kind of food (bistrot and gourmet) coexist in a luxury hotel.
2 kinds of restaurants: The Bistrot, for a light and casual lunch and the gastronomic restaurant where our Chief offers you an innovating Provencal food. We welcome you in our wine cellar, to enjoy a wine degustation with our "sommelier", and we can also offer cooking's lessons.
Hours of operation
The bistrot is open from 12 pm to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week and a wine tasting is proposed untill 11 pm. The gastronomic restaurant is open all the days.
The Chef Marc de Passorio, 1 star Michelin 2009, 3 toques Gault and Millau 2010, a member of the international White Toques, of Auguste Escoffier.
