Costas! He is the Reservations Manager of the hotel. The service he provided to me was so above and beyond his responsibilities. He made phone calls to airlines and ferries for me, when my schedule got turned upside down.

The pool area of the Mykonos Grand is quite a sight! When first arriving, I think my jaw dropped open. The setting was just so luxurious and unbelievable. The sun beds were so comfortable and I really felt like everyone that was there felt lucky!

The little services…after being delayed multiple times coming in to Mykonos, I finally arrived at 2:00am. Without hesitation, the hotel sent a complimentary car service to pick me up. In addition, they provided complimentary transportation to our next destination on Mykonos after checking out. I really felt like I was treated special!
Overview:
The Mykonos Grand Resort was my first stop in the Greek Islands. I was very excited to arrive, after 24 hours of travel (airport strikes, delays, etc). Costas, the Reservations Manager, acted as a concierge and made everything seamless for me. The pool area is very impressive, as is all the food on premises. The only qualms I have about the hotel is the layout of the resort. We had to take three different elevators to arrive at our room. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason to the layout, and it got a bit frustrating at times. Compared to the other hotels I stayed in the Greek Islands, this seemed larger than all the others. To some that is a positive, to others, a negative. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
