Top 3 reasons to stay at the hotel:

  1. If like my wife and I you like to do things at your own pace then you will adore the Yria Resort. Beautiful spacious rooms set in manicured gardens full of dazzling colours. Then there is one of the largest swimming pools I have ever seen in a hotel of this size. There are numerous sun beds around the pool and lawns, plenty for everyone.

  2. After a hard day lounging round the pool you can now look forward to an excellent evening meal in the Nefili restaurant. Like the entire hotel there is plenty of space with large tables, crisp linen and lots of attention. We took nearly 3 hours.

  3. Nearby, 3 minutes down a track, there is lovely, quiet, sandy beach with a little tavern. You will come out of the sea sparkling – I will let you find out why! The main port of the island is only a 45 minute walk away (5 minutes in a taxi) and it is delightful. Although ferries are in and out all the time, this port has comfortable tavernas and cafes all along the water’s edge and just a few yards away an exciting old town with little alleys, hidden shops churches going back 100s of years.

We were at the Yria Resort for only 3 days and that is not long enough to really enjoy this delightful hotel and this beautiful island of Paros. All the staff were both knowledgeable and attentive. Luxury oozed from every angle. Probably one of the most relaxing places we have visited.
