As a dedicated member of Good Food Ireland, Brooks Hotel has the ultimate gourmet package brought to you by our head chef Patrick McLarnon. On arrival, enjoy a selection of our chef’s mouth-watering Homemade Signature Chocolate treats with a freshly brewed coffee. That evening enjoy a real taste of Ireland with a three course dinner featuring dishes such as Smoked organic ‘Clare Island’ Salmon, Dublin Bay Prawns, McGeough's air-dried Connemara lamb, and ‘St. Tola’ Irish Goat’s Cheese with many of our dishes including herbs from our own home grown urban garden. Enjoy luxury accommodation and the next morning choose from a buffet of home-baked goods such as banana bread , Brooks brown soda bread and fruit cake. Our chefs have opted for a traditional Irish breakfast and prioritised provenance and quality by opting for excellent producers such as Tolka free-range eggs, delicious Loughnane sausages and Clonakilty pudding. For the healthier option enjoy a choice of six freshly cut fruits with natural yoghurt and homemade fruit compote. On departure, you will receive a complimentary jar of our homemade Irish jam.
