Location, Location, Location, this is just brilliant if you want to be right in the centre of Dublin and in walking distance of great shops, bars and some other restaurants to visit, like Marco Pierre White’s Grill just a few steps down the road.
The food and ambience are great at the Belzac Brasserie and the staff are really friendly. We were really disappointed that Tiger Bec’s was closed for refurbishment during our stay as we were looking forward to eating there, however, Belzac did not disappoint.
If you want some lively entertainment, a few steps away (part of the hotel) is Samsara, a big lively bar with funky décor and a broad age range. We were a bit worried at first incase it would be noisy in the hotel from this bar but there was no problem at all.
Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) places great emphasis on its inspection process and believes in the importance of using 'real' guests rather than retired hotel inspectors to provide a valuable assessment of the hotel, its facilities and the quality of service provided. Enlisting guests in the quality control programme not only enables SLH's customers to be directly involved in the process but allows the hotels to shape operations based on their guests' opinions and experienced insight. As far as the hotel is concerned, this means that every hotel guest is a potential inspector.
