The nature and season determine our menu card! The cuisine of the Seiser Alm Urthaler is characterised by high quality and authenticity. The chef de cuisine Marco Knepper and his team spoil demanding guests in the hotel restaurant "Jägerstube" with delights from regional, Mediterranean and international cuisine. Only fresh, seasonal ingredients and regional products are used – best quality is a must.
The spa area is called "Antermoia" and means as much as "between waters". Antermoia - the world of recreation and beauty over 700m² across two floors. A vast choice of massages, beauty baths and beauty treatments, a large panoramic indoor pool with outdoor pool in an extraordinary design, Finnish sauna, steam baths with various aromas, relaxation rooms for recreation.
