On arrival at the Hotel Splendide Royal the welcome we received was true Italian hospitality at its best. The ever-smiling staff made our stay a happy and memorable occasion which was only enhanced by the stunning room with terrace overlooking the city. Being so close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain enabled us to experience Rome within minutes of arriving and our evening meal at the hotel’s stunning Michelin restaurant was a heady mix of sumptuous food coupled with beautiful terrace overlooking the Borghese Park and the Vatican. An experience never to forget.
