By Taxi you can reach the hotel directly. Taormina is about 50 km (30 miles) from Catania’s airport (booking through the hotel costs is approximately Euro 80).. By Car - From Messina or Catania, take the A18 motorway getting off at the Taormina exit. After passing through the toll station keep to your right in the direction of Taormina//Mazzaro/Spisone and follow the costal road for aproximately 2.5 km. At the Grandhotel Capotaormina, seen at a right curve on your left, turn right in the direction of Taormina Centro onto Via Luigi Pirandello. After aproximately 2 km uphill you'll see Villa Carlotta’s entrance on the bend in the road. The hotel’s entrance is easy to notice when looking out for the large stained-glass windows found in the Villa’s old stone tower.. By Train - Trains coming from Rome and Northern Italy destined for Syracuse and Agrigento also stop at "Taormina-Giardini Naxos" station, only 5 km Taormina’s town center.
