During the summer months, breakfast and dinner are served outdoors on the large restaurant terrace “L’Arcipelago”, with spectacular sea views over the faraglioni of Lipari. The elegant, refined restaurant offers a variety of eno-gastronomic cuisine, created by our chef who has interpreted the finest colours, perfumes and flavours of Sicilian cuisine creating light, innovative dishes using the finest olive oils, fish and low-fat meats and an abundance of vegetables, all cooked accurately however with minimal cooking times in order to make the most of the natural flavours. All dishes are accompanied with carefully selected Sicilian and national wines from the hotel wine cantina.
