La Terraza del Claris has a reputation for being the first to open and welcome
in the summer. A celebration, summer after summer for 17 years, to mark the
arrival of the holidays between businesspeople, politicians and well-known
members of the city’s social and cultural life.

A perfect combination of food and music and magnificent views of the city have
made La Terraza del Claris a well-known landmark in Barcelona among nightlife and
gourmet lovers alike.

Warm and elegant all year round

And the holiday atmosphere does not end this autumn. Elegance and creativity
come together in La Terraza del Claris throughout autumn and winter. This is a
pioneering initiative in Barcelona, inspired by the success of the terrace as a
traditional summer meeting place.

To cope with the colder weather, and for the comfort of our guests, the terrace
has been heated and covered with large glass windows, so as not to lose an
ounce of natural light, distinction or personality. The decor has also been
adapted to the arrival of the cold and a cosier atmosphere has been created
with rugs and incense, which invite guests to peacefully partake of the best
cuisine in this city-centre oasis.

La Terraza del Claris is open from 11.00 am to 1.00 am. Enjoy a quiet lunch
beside the swimming pool, a casual dinner, or switch off at the end of the
working day with a cocktail. The kitchen is open from 1.00 to 4.00 pm for
lunch, and from 8.00 to 11.30 pm for dinner.


La Terraza cuisine

Open 365 days a year, La Terraza del Claris’ restaurant has a lunch and dinner
menu with enticing dishes like aubergine cannelloni with crayfish, lobster
carpaccio with lemon vinaigrette, rice with cuttlefish and rockfish, a
selection of Wagyu beef or turbot with sweet spiced tomatoes and couscous. And
the slowly cooked suckling veal ribs with truffled polenta will melt in your
mouth.

Caviar lovers will be delighted with our selection of three different types of
caviar: Imperial Beluga (Persia), Imperial Passion (Persia) and Ascipenser
nacarii (Vall D’Aran). The dessert menu features different dishes and chocolate
sensations, like our delicious coulant with vanilla ice cream.

The finishing touch is added to the offering by a selection of wines and a
cocktail menu that includes well-known combinations like Bloody Mary and
Mojito, and innovative and original Claris inventions, like Goleen, Pink Rose,
East 47, Ginger-Apple and Banke, to mention a few.

During the day…

La Terraza del Claris has an appetising menu for those who wish to enjoy select
and succulent dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The Menu Factory (€22+VAT) is the
perfect choice for business lunches during the week.

The Factory Menu is changed every week. From Monday to Friday, we will delight
you with this fast and pleasant menu based on the latest culinary trends.

… and at night

From 6:00 pm onwards you can relax in our brand new chill-out area in La
Terraza del Claris. At night, this new space becomes an ideal place to meet
after work for a drink or dinner.

What is more, from 11:00 pm onwards Thursday to Saturday, La Terraza del Claris
offers bossa nova and the purest American jazz concerts.

Whether you want to enjoy a drink or hold a meeting,

La Terraza del Claris can reserve a function room for you, the East Garden, on
the same terrace; like a luxury greenhouse, it provides the perfect backdrop
for all kinds of small meetings. It has a capacity for 24 people.
