Inside, the renovations have retained the feel of an authentic Mallorcan villa with a 100-year-old olive press the centrepiece of the restaurant. Wander around the property to enjoy the numerous pieces of modern art by artists such as Mark Chagall, David Hockney and Frank Stella.
