The clean, crisp styling in The Atlantic Hotel is reminiscent of 1930’s marine architecture. Rooms and suites are tastefully decorated with light oak and satin-polished chrome adding stylish touches. The floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies provide fantastic views of the sea and the golf course.
With a choice of an indoor and outdoor pool, you can enjoy a swim whatever the time of year. Spa treatments and an adjacent golf club provide the rest and relaxation but a meal in the Michelin-star restaurant is a must. Try the five-course tasting menu with an emphasis on fresh Jersey produce.

The Atlantic Hotel, St Brelade has recently been remodelled, and has the crisp, clean appearance of classic 1930's seaside marine architecture. Standards of comfort and luxury excel. The rejuvenation extends to the 50 guest rooms which feature specially commissioned furniture and extensive use of marble in the well-equipped bathrooms. Colours are pale and cool, predominantly beige and blue, reflecting the dramatic coastal setting. The award-winning restaurant features Head Chef, Mark Jordan's innovative modern cuisine where the emphasis is on fresh local produce and seafood.

The Atlantic Hotel's Head Chef, Mark Jordan, has created a sophisticated selection of menus, including a seasonal a la carte, daily changing set menus and specially selected vegetarian dishes. An extensive wine list complements Mark’s food.
Ocean’s design is influenced by its coastal setting. Blues, whites and beiges create a modern classic look, while delightful hand-crafted furniture and specially commissioned artwork emphasise the feeling of luxury. White American shutters frame stunning views over the gardens to the ocean beyond.
Working together with the Genuine Jersey Products Association, Mark Jordan uses the best local ingredients whenever possible. The summer months see the introduction of Mark’s Tasting Menu which is designed to feature exclusively the finest and freshest produce from Jersey’s coast and countryside. This five course tasting menu uses many products which already have international recognition and arrive straight into the kitchen bearing the distinctive Genuine Jersey logo.
Ocean has been awarded a Michelin Star as well as three Rosettes in the AA Restaurant Guide 2011, placing it in the top echelon of restaurants in the British Isles.

The elegant and sophisticated Palm Club at The Atlantic Hotel is designed to offer guests and local residents a relaxing and inspiring environment in which to unwind or work out. The club comprises a deck level indoor swimming pool, spa pool, mini gymnasium and saunas.
The Palm Club is open from 07.30am to 19.30 seven days a week, with restricted opening hours on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Guests are also invited to use the tennis court in the grounds of The Atlantic Hotel – court times can be reserved in advance with the Palm Club.
