Luton Hoo is a luxury five-star hotel with 18 hole golf course, magnificent spa and more than 1,000 acres of parkland and gardens created by the famous landscape designer Capability Brown. The Mansion House contains 35 stately and exquisitely decorated rooms and suites. The Parkland Wing houses 38 air-conditioned bedrooms and suites all equipped with flat-screen LCD television and broadband. The Grade II* Adam stable building provides the setting for the Golf Club House, Spa and other Leisure facilities along with 12 bedrooms and suites and the Flower Garden Wing, adjacent to the Spa and pool complex houses a further 59 rooms and suites. The Wernher Restaurant with it's exotic marble panelwork and richly coloured fabrics, reminiscent of the Palace of Versailles provides a spectacular setting for exquisite fine dining whilst The Adam's Brasserie offers a slightly more informal style of dining.

Adams Brasserie
Housed within the historic Stables building, designed by the distinguished 18th century architect Robert Adams, is Adam’s Brasserie, offering a slightly more informal style of dining but with no less than five star cuisine and service. The décor of Adam’s Brasserie is bright and contemporary, its walls lined with stills from many famous films and TV shows which have been shot on location at Luton Hoo.

Wernher Restaurant
For exquisite fine dining there can be few more spectacular settings than the Wernher Restaurant, named after one of Luton Hoo’s most distinguished former owners. This part of the Mansion House was extensively remodelled in the early 20th century by the architects of the Ritz Hotel in London. It’s exotic marble panelwork and richly coloured fabrics are reminiscent of the Palace of Versailles.
Guests and visitors can dine in the place where royalty, prime ministers and heads of state were entertained - all making for a memorable and most pleasureable culinary experience.
