By road - (Gatwick Airport / Brighton) follow signs on the M25 for M23 then take the M23 / A23 towards Brighton, then the A27 to Polegate (Lewes) ; at Polegate follow the A22 to Eastbourne. Follow signs towards the seafront (west) . Turn right towards the western end of the front and The Grand Hotel is situated opposite the Western Lawns. From Heathrow go via M25 anti-clockwise / J7 (Brighton) 1 hour 45 minutes. By rail - a twice hourly service from London / Victoria station to Eastbourne (90 minutes duration) . Direct rail link from Gatwick Airport to Eastbourne (50 minutes duration) .
