Restaurant Launch at The Forbury

The luxurious five star Forbury Hotel in Reading has created Eden, a stunning new fine dining restaurant on its ground floor, the only central Reading restaurant offering a fine dining experience aiming for a Michelin star. The restaurant is limited to twenty covers and will celebrate the very best of British seasonal produce, using only the finest suppliers and ingredients from our shores, and prepared in the French style to allow the flavours to sing. The room is the original council chamber, with the mantelpiece and décor over the door left in place, and finished in white gold leaf with hand painted flowers. The restaurant will open on 4th November 2008, and will also cater for private dinners and parties on the ground floor of the hotel for up to 16 guests at a time.
