Built in 1650, the Lords of the Manor lies in one of the Cotswolds’ most unspoilt villages. Comfortable surroundings and roaring fires combine with beautiful gardens to create a gorgeous setting. All rooms are furnished with period pieces giving each an individual character.

The award-winning restaurant has a fine reputation for modern British cuisine, using only the best local produce. The rambling cellar produces a stunning wine list. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the honey-stone villages which are the Cotswolds’ signature.

Location

Take the A40 from Oxford to Cheltenham. At roundabout turn right onto A429 following signs for Stow-on-the-Wold. The Slaughters are signposted to the left after Bourton-on-the-Water. Drive through Lower Slaughter village to arrive in Upper Slaughter.
