Our private chef treats you to an exquisite gourmet adventure. To maintain The Pillars' peaceful and serene ambiance we have strictly limited seating. Dinner is served under the stars at tables overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. However, as we all know, it can rain, even in South Florida. In that event, dinner is served indoors in our library/dining room. To avoid disappointment, it is best to book your dining experience when you make your room reservation.
