Pavillon de la Reine

Summary

In a unique location in the heart of Paris stands the romantic Le Pavillon de la Reine. This cosy hotel is an ideal base from which to explore the historic Le Marais district and its many attractions.

Place des Vosges was built in 1605 by King Henry IV of France in the ancient aristocratic quarter of Le Marais – still considered one of the world’s most beautiful squares.

Set back from the square with a delightful flowering courtyard stands the hotel, draped in cascades of ivy and hanging baskets. On entering, you can feel its great sense of history. The objets d’art are antique and the paintings original, some of them centuries old. While many rooms still expose their ancient beams, others offer a more contemporary decor. The furnishings are designed with typical French flair perfectly complemented by modern five-star amenities.

Location

On the north side of the square, 25kms from Charles de Gaulle International.
