We only accept guaranteed reservations.
Cancellation Policy
For 1-2 rooms cancellations must be received 24/48 hours prior to the arrival day. For cancellations out of time and No-shows we charge 90 percent of the room rate.
For more rooms, for groups and during trade fairs different cancellation policies are valid. For detailed information please contact our reservation department.
