For the first time in Rhodes, Michalis Melenos and our Food & Beverage team is offering our guests the opportunity to combine their leisure with the perfect culinary vacation.
Many people wonder what a Gyros, Baklava, Kleftiko, or Souvlaki mezethes are.What is the best way to use virgin olive oil and take full advantage of its nourishing?Which are the different kinds of olives?How can we make our own fyllo pastry as a base for Greek pies?
Our guests will now be able to learn how to make these in a beautiful, friendly and informal setting, using traditional
Greek methods, and then sit down for a traditional Greek dinner of what they have prepared.The courses are given in English and Greek in small groups of 8 people and participation is booked always prior to arrival date. Lessons take place in our professional kitchen, fully equipped and with enough working space for everyone to get rolling and chopping!Except of beautiful memories our guests will have the chance to take home all culinary secrets of Greek traditional cuisine and homemade delicacies.
