Nice in room extras. No SLH Room upgrade but those seem to be rare these days... Stunning spa! This area had a really relaxing effect on my partner & I. All common spaces around the hotel are very calming. Dinner was delicious with impeccable service. Breakfast was ok but my muffin was dry & the pastries were over baked. Overall it was nearly 5/5

This was our second stay at the Dormy House Hotel and we enjoyed it even more this time around. It is in a lovely location just outside Broadway with beautiful countryside and wonderful walks on your doorstep if the weather is kind to you. We stayed when Storm Callum was very much in presence and Read more[SPLIT]Read lessall the coal fires everywhere made for such a cosy atmosphere. It has such a nice feeling - the staff are welcoming and there are some lovely touches - freshly baked cookies in your room each day, owls which act as 'do not disturb/clean my room' doorstops and water and cookies for your journey home when you check out. We ate in the Potting Shed which we really enjoyed, excellent food and great staff. We decided to eat out on the second night at the Bar & Grill at the Lygon Arms in Broadway and regretted it - the food is so much better at the Potting Shed. We haven't tried the Garden Room restaurant and will do so next time we stay there. Breakfast is served in there and it is very nice and relaxed. We were upgraded to the Attic Suite which was a real treat. A super comfortable bed, lovely views across the countryside and a massive bathroom with huge double shower and bath. It was also very quiet and we are easily disturbed by noise. We know that we will return as we like it so much there and look forward to our next stay.
