From Tokyo station / metropolitan Tokyo area, 1hr 10 min. on Shinkansen Bullet Train "Asama" to Karuizawa station. From Karuizawa station, please take our scheduled shuttle service (complimentary) or taxi from South Entrance. Our complimentary shuttle bus is with drawing of a bear.

By bus

As you get off from Shinkansen bullet train at Karuizawa station, head off to south exit to find bus terminal. Resort complimentary shuttle bus will arrive as scheduled as you wait at the terminal.
