Dining

Outlaw’s at The Capital gives the Cornish based, seafood-championing Nathan Outlaw a London outpost for the first time in his celebrated career, focusing on simply prepared, ecologically sound British seafood from Rock.

Outlaw's at The Capital

Outlaw’s at The Capital focuses on simply prepared and unique British seafood. The restaurant boasts a menu from Nathan Outlaw who holds 2 Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in the village of Rock. In an enviable location between Harrods and Harvey Nichols, this is an exclusive addition to the Knightsbridge neighbourhood. Outlaw’s menu features favourites like Lemon Sole with Crispy Oyster, Sea Bass with Red Wine Tartare Dressing and Hake with Celery and Brown Crab Sauce. A fine complementing wine dish is matched to the dishes. Menus include an a la carte menu, a seven course tasting menu and a set lunch. Whilst remaining primarily based in Cornwall, Nathan will spend time at The Capital every week liaising with Head Chef Pete Biggs who he has worked with for over 10 years. Pete, before moving to Cornwall, worked at The Vineyard at Stockcross and in London, The Square and Hibiscus. Two private dining rooms are available to hire for a more intimate way to entertain family and friends. The Eaton and Cadogan offer flexible layouts ideal for a celebration or special occasion. Guests are welcome to order from the canapé, private dining or tasting menu. The work of interior designer Nina Campbell, the sophisticated yet informal Outlaw’s restaurant dining room features bare tables, high exposed windows and elegant place settings.
