Superior Rooms have a queen size bed; they are nice and cozy, very well furnished. They face the internal courtyard. Some rooms are located in our annex building. Approx. 20-25 sqm.

The One-bedded Suite Room consists of a double bedroom and a private living room with 4 windows and two balconies, located in the annex, from where there are 360 degree views over the Spanish Steps. Marble Bathroom with Jacuzzi. Approx. 45-50 sqm.

Executive Rooms are decorated in modern style and are furnished with all modern comfort, such as Plasma TV, i-pod dock station, high speed internet access, air conditioning, mini bar. Some Executive Rooms have a small balcony overlooking Via dei Condotti. Balcony can be requested at an extra charge of Euro 60.00 + tax and will be confirmed upon availibility at time of booking.
