Larsens Camp

Summary

Larsens Camp, situated on the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River in the ruggedly beautiful Samburu National Game Reserve, features safari-chic-style luxury in the midst of Kenya’s untamed wilderness.

Unquestionably one of Kenya’s pre-eminent safari destinations, Larsens is named after Erik Ole Larsen, a legendary Dane credited with defining the luxury safari under canvas. Designed in contemporary safari style, luxury is blended with the stunning surroundings of the spectacular Samburu Game Reserve. 20 designer tents, 700 square-feet in size, are all furnished in a unique and custom-made safari style. Samburu’s unique wildlife literally spills into the Camp.

The resort’s dining options are an integral part of the Larsens experience and are designed to pleasantly surprise: from a champagne breakfast by the river to a five-course dinner served by the campfire.
