Directions by Road
For guests driving to Pangkor Laut from Kuala Lumpur, please note that the nearest town on the mainland is Lumut. Guests arriving by road park their cars at the port of Lumut and cross over to Pangkor Laut by water taxi. Upon arrival in Lumut, the Resort’s office will be happy to assist you with your transfer to Pangkor Laut. The boat crossing takes 25 minutes.

The directions to get to Lumut are as follows:
- From the Damansara toll plaza, take the North South Expressway northbound towards Ipoh.
- Exit at the Bidor toll plaza. You will be charged approximately RM15.80 per car.
- The rest of the journey will be on trunk roads. You will pass through Bidor where you will see a Shell petrol station on your left should you need to refuel.
- Follow signboards pointing to “Pelabuhan Lumut” or “Lumut Naval Base”.
- Follow signboards to “Teluk Intan”, “Sitiawan” and “Pulau Pangkor”.
- The journey from Bidor town to Lumut is approximately 110 km, or 1 ½ hours. As you arrive at Lumut, the Resort’s office in Lumut will be on the left in a single storey building with a large signboard that reads “Pangkor Laut Resort”
- There is a car park next to the Resort’s Lumut office where you will be able to park your car overnight for a nominal fee of RM15 per day.

Transportation
Charges (valid to 31st March 2010).
Kuala Lumpur City to Lumut RM 550.00 – 800.00 or vice versa.
Kuala Lumpur International airport to Lumut RM 600.00 – 850.00 or vice versa.
50% Surcharge applicable from 12.00 midnight - 6am.
Penang (George Town) to Lumut RM600.00 or vice versa.
From Lumut, guests are transported in the resort ‘s privately owned boats to Pangkor Laut Resort.
Water Taxi schedule and charges as follows:. Lumut to Pangkor Laut Resort RM 70.00 per adult per way or vice versa RM 35.00 per child per way.
Boat Charter RM 650.00 per charter in addition to the above charges.
From Lumut to Pangkor Laut Resort (25 minutes) 08:00, 11:00, 13:00, 14:00 and 17:00 hrs.
From Pangkor Laut Resort to Lumut (25 minutes) 09:00, 12:00, 12:30, 15:00 and 18:00 hrs.
Helipad. Helicopter services are available from both KLIA and Subang Airport.
Flights to Pangkor Island operated by Berjaya Air are available as follows: From Kuala Lumpur - SZB (Subang, Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport) to Pangkor 1st Mar, 2009 - 31 October 2009. Flights available 1-3-5 6 7. see for further information: www.berjaya-air.com. Upon landing, you will be greeted by the Resort’s friendly staff who will be happy to assist you with your transfer by water taxi, which takes approximately 25 minutes from Pangkor Island to Pangkor Laut Resort. One-way transfers for adults are RM70.00 and RM35.00 for children below 12.
