(1) One entry per household. Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted to Business Sense by midnight on 13 April 2012, by following the online instructions at slh.com/bsense. Subject to availability depending on the hotel’s individual policies (ie at the hotel’s discretion. If a booking is requested during the hotel’s peak period, or their annual barter room night allocation has already been confirmed they are entitled to deny confirmation). (4) A maximum of five nights can be spent at one hotel, per stay, (applies only to vouchers marked for five nights or more). A minimum of two weeks’ notice must be given. All food, beverages, taxes, and other incidental costs incurred by the guest are to be settled prior to departure from, and direct with, the individual hotel. Barter rooms are non- flexible and once confirmed by SLH, no alterations or cancellations can be made. In case of alteration or cancellation, you will forfeit the barter rooms.
