Presidential Suite with separate living room and private indoor garden area. Two en-suite bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi tub decorated with colonial style tile. Five fireplaces, four direct dial telephones, two large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR. Private front porch with view of the pool. Two safes, individual climate control, original art and antiques. A Moorish arch and stone columns divide the living and bedroom areas in this 1,300 square foot Suite.

The Mansion Villa (San Javier) is a second floor suite that is accessible by a stone stairway or private elevator. The views are remarkable from every room. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and wood burning fireplace. The other, a small bedroom only suitable for a family member, has a plush queen bed. Both bedrooms share an oversized bathroom and walk-in closet area. The master bedroom has an oversized flat screen TV with DVD system and stereo system all house in an antique cabinet. (There is no cable or network TV in the resort). A spacious living room separates the bedroom and has a fireplace with balconies and views of a Mirador. There are two comfortable leather sofas and Spanish Colonial antiques. The large bathroom has a Mexican tiled bath tub as well as a walk-in shower. There is a butler's area with wet bar, chilled wine locker (fully stocked with Caymus wine if requested) and a refrigerator, plus a small area for informal meals for two. From the butler's area you may use your private elevator for third floor terrace access with both a covered and open patio area. For private parties this area can accommodate 28 friends comfortably. The views from this most private area are expansive of the mountains and village. A perfect secluded area to write, read or rest. Private dining, as well as live music, is available to this area. Total square footage for the Mansion Villa, and private patios, exceeds 3,000. (New Nov. 2007)

The Santa Maria Suite has a botanical themed suite with hand painted Agave and Banana leaf murals in the bath and bedroom areas. A wood burning fireplace in the corner, flat screen TV with DVD system cleverly hidden in an area near the Spanish Colonial bed. A well shaded private patio is just outside the entry door and there is a walk-in closet. The bathroom has two lavatories, a shower and make-up area (no tub). (New Nov. 2007)

The Governor's Suite (San Eduardo) is one of the guest's favorites. This second floor suite is accessible by private elevator or stone staircase. The windows look directly into a huge Banyan type tree (Nacapule) and is a favorite feeding area for parrots when the figs are ripe. There is a private second floor patio for dining of up to four persons, also a very comfortable swing for looking at the gardens and stars for a romantic evening. In the bedroom area the high king sized bed has a small ladder to ascend. En suite dining, Spanish Colonial antiques and art abound in this suite. There is a large Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, make-up table and two lavatories. Most of the wall and floor surfaces are in a beautiful dark green marble imported from Tikal, Guatemala.
