Some of our Chefs' signature dishes are "Ceviche of sea bass with croquettes of pumpkin and king crab and a vinaigrette of orange" and "Roast Anjou pigeon with five spices and preserved young carrots, jus made with the bones".
Open Monday to Saturday for dinner and every day for breakfast. Long Gallery - Open daily. Bar Barbou - Open daily. Secluded garden. You can also organise a private dinner in one of our private meeting rooms.

Executive Chef Dennis Kuipers and his crew are only working with the freshest ingredients, adapted to the seasons, producing a balanced and tasteful menu. Our restaurant is open for dinner from Monday-Saturday. On Sunday we are pleased to welcome you in the Long Gallery for a dish from our extensive lounge menu.
