Spa Botanica is Singapore’s first tropical garden destination spa and home to Asia’s only mud pools, float pools with cascading waterfall and labyrinths. With fifteen indoor and six outdoor treatment rooms, an extensive range of treatments are available.
There is an exclusive ladies' only spa garden with its own floatation pool, mud pool and labyrinth for the enjoyment of discerning ladies who value their privacy and a need for personal space.
The Seven Eden Wellness Centre which is adjacent to Spa Botanica and within walking distance of the resort premises is the gateway to preventive medicine.
The Wellness Centre encompasses a well-equipped lifestyle gymnasium with top-of-the-range fitness equipment, a juice bar named Zest Café, a Movement Studio named Zest Studio for healthy lifestyle programmes such as Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, a Library Corner, Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation, acupuncture for weight management and well-being (stress relief, migraine, headaches, insomnia, aches and pains) and anti-aging consultation to staying youthful.
Seven Eden offers a series of lifestyle programmes such as aerobic, tai chi and pilates at the Zest Studio.
