Lavishly appointed and spacious, our villas effortlessly merge interior and exterior areas using warm earth tones, natural materials and the latest modern amenities. All villas have separate living and master bedrooms, bathing areas, indoor and outdoor showers, sun decks and sala areas, dressing room and fully equipped pentry. Two-bedroom pool villas add a second bedroom and bathing area as well as extra living and entertainment areas. Built up areas range from 250 square metres to 365 square metres.

One/two-bedroom pool villas

The Sri panwa pool villas come with infinity-edge swimming pools wrapped around the glass-walled master bedroom and offering undisturbed views of the cape and sea beneath us. Three of the four walls around the villa master bedroom are sliding glass doors, enabling you to literally roll out of bed and into the pool – or gaze at the boats and islands dotting the south Phuket archipelago from the comfort of your bed.

Residence Villas

Our three- to five-bedroom residence villas are situated along the ridge of cape Panwa and come fully equipped to the highest standard, featuring the same infinity pools and panoramic views as our hotel pool villas but with added space, outdoor areas and in some cases, even better location. Some of our residences boast both sunset and sunrise views from the very top of cape Panwa, more than 60 metres above sea level. Built-up areas vary from 800 sq. metres to 2000 sq. metres.
