We enjoyed our stay in the Emperor hotel. We arrived very early and the staff helped us out with our luggage and every question we had. They were friendly and spoke English reasonably.

Excellent location within walking distance of Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City. Very comfortable and well appointed room. Excellent breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with views over the rooftops of the Forbidden City.
