Restaurant Herman

If you ask Executice Chef Thomas Herman what taste is, he will tell you that is has to do with recollection. Everything we eat reminds us of something or someone. This is how our emotions work and how we stay connected to the world. With Thomas in charge the guests recollection will go into overdrive, with lots of welcome detours. Be prepared for a radical but loving change to the traditional danish dishes such as Captains Stew and Burning Love. In march 2009 Thomas Herman and his crew got the best recognition one can desire when the Michelin Guide awarded restaurant Herman with a star.

Nimb Brasserie

The concept is very simple, we have placed all 3 kitchens in the middle of the restaurant allowing our chefs and waiters alike to demonstrate their skills. In a transparant environment such as this, the craftmanship and the high quality ingrediants speak for themselves. There is nowhere to hide, no short cuts or cheap tricks.

Nimb Bar 'N' Grill

Nimb Bar´n´Grill is situated in the former Nimb Dairy with entry from Bernstorffsgade. The simple menu offers various grilled delicacies - from seafood to steaks - which can be combined with a selection of extras to match the guest´s appetite and needs. A bar is also located in the restaurant, which offers classic and modern cocktails as well as avecs, including rare whiskies. The wine menu features a unique range of wines from around the world

Nimb Terrace

Nimb Terrace, in the former Divan 2, located inside The Tivoli Gardens is a french-inspired bistro. Besides the bistro, Nimb Terrace also holds exclusive meeting and banquet facilities. The menu is bistro-style and the décor follows the style at Nimb with its simple Scandinavian flair and detailed English and French style. The name has its own history: when the Nimb Family first opened a restaurant in Tivoli in 1877 it was in Divan 2. The place was often referred to as Nimb´s Porch or Nimb´s Terrace.

Nimb Louise

OPENS MID APRIL At restaurant Nimb Louise guests are ensured an overwhelming pallet of playful tastes in each serving. Each course is executed with attention to detail and no short-cuts are made in order to enhance the perfect taste. For Executive Chef, Allan Poulsen the pure and fresh taste takes center stage in each serving with emphasis on vegetables and herbs. No ingredients on Allan Poulsen´s menu is for show only – all components are incorporated in each composition to give guests a unique taste experience throughout.

Nimb Vinotek

Nimb's cellar level houses Nimb Vinotek, where the walls are lined with wine bottles showcased in cabinets, allowing guests to study the labels and gain inspiration for their choice of wine in one of Nimb's restaurants. There are more than 1000 wines to choose from, which makes Nimb Vinotek's wine list one of the most extensive in Scandinavia. The space is charmingly rustic, with stone floors and long tables with comfortable Wegner chairs. Here you can sit back and enjoy a light meal with your wines. But wine takes centre stage at Vinotek, where it is served by dedicated sommeliers eager to discuss the wine's origins, producers, and flavours.
